What is ServisDesk?
ServisDesk is an all-in-one SaaS platform for device repair shops (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming). Manage repairs, customers, technicians, parts inventory, wholesale partners, and ratings — all from a browser, no installation needed.
How does the free plan work?
Sign up without a credit card. The free plan has no time limit — use it forever within its limits. Upgrade whenever you want.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. ServisDesk supports importing customers, devices, and categories via CSV. Go to Settings → Data import.
Does it work for tablets, laptops, gaming consoles?
Yes. The system is not limited to phones — you define your own device categories (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming, headphones, etc.).
Does it include inventory / parts management?
Yes. ServisDesk manages your parts stock. When a part is used in a repair, it is automatically deducted from inventory. You receive low-stock alerts when stock falls below a set threshold.
What is the Wholesale B2B module?
The wholesale module lets you send repairs to external partners (e.g. authorised service centres), receive cost quotes, and track courier shipments — all inside the system, without emails or phone calls.
Is there a customer portal?
Yes. Each customer can access a personal portal to view their repair history, invoices, and the status of active repairs — without having to call the shop.
How do ratings work?
After each repair delivery, the system automatically sends a review invitation to the customer. You can monitor all ratings in the dashboard and track your shop's reputation over time.
How does billing work?
After the trial, billing is monthly or annual (2 months free on annual plans). We accept card and bank transfer. No hidden fees — you pay your plan only. If you need existing data migrated from a previous system, contact us for a quote.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time through the owner portal or by contacting us.
Is there a mobile app?
ServisDesk is fully browser-based (responsive design). No app installation needed — open it from any phone, tablet, or PC.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export it before the deadline. After that, it is permanently deleted.
Is support available?
Yes — via email at support@servisdesk.gr. The Pro plan includes priority support with faster response times.
